Basic service £35

Basic is our entry level service, which is a general safety check. We will make any safety adjustments if required.

Included in this service:

• Brake alignment checked and corrected

• Gear alignment and operation checked and adjusted

• Tyre pressures checked/ inflated

• Wheels checked for straightness and corrected if required

• Components check over and report of any work required

• Drivetrain checked for wear, degreased and lubricated

 

 

Trike service £50

For all trikes (including recumbents) service, which is a general safety check. We will make any safety adjustments if required.

Included in this service:

• Brake alignment checked and corrected

• Gear alignment and operation checked and adjusted

• Tyre pressures checked/ inflated

• Wheels checked for straightness and corrected if required

• Components check over and report of any work required

• Drivetrain checked for wear, degreased and lubricated

• steering alignment check and adjust

 

 

Major service £70 (+ parts not included)

We recommend this service for bikes every 12-18 months, depending on usage.

AS per Basic service plus:

• Wash down (weather permitting) and degrease

• All loose bearings inspected, cleaned/re-greased and adjusted

• Cartridge bearings checked and replaced if necessary (extra cost)

• Gear cables replaced and setup *

• Brake cables replaced and setup *

• Wheel and hub inspection and wheel trueing if required

• Headset checked for play and adjusted accordingly

• Remove cassette, degrease and inspect freehub (if fitted)

• Drop out inspected and straightened if necessary

• Shimano DI2 diagnostics check and firmware update

• Hydraulic brake inspection and bleed if necessary

No remedial work will be carried out without discussion with the owner.

* Road bikes will need bar tape replacing, as it generally can’t be re-used. This will incur an extra cost. Black outer cables will be supplied, if coloured, will incur an extra charge.
